Day 1: Puerto Maldonado – Reserva Amazonica
Upon arrival to Puerto Maldonado reception and transfer to the river port for motorized motorboat trip to Reserva Amazónica. Arrival in the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, walk through the rainforest and visit to the medicinal plant (more than 200 native species) and orchid garden. Dinner and overnight. L/D

Swimming in the lake and a visit to the legendary Fitzcarrald ship. Participants will see a variety of fauna (widgeon, cranes and macaws) and flora (seiba and schihuahuaco trees). Return to the lodge for lunch. Boat trip to the Monkey Island (Isla Rolín), a recovery center where guests can view different types of primates in the process of readapting to their natural environment.

Buffet breakfast Transfer by motorboat to Puerto Maldonado and to the airport for departure by plane to Lima or Cuzco. B
