Day 01:
Morning hotel pick up by our bilingual driver/guide who will be explaining all you will be seeing as you begin your journey from your hotel to the mystic and exotic setting of the Monteverde Cloud Forest. Breezy and cool Monteverde translates as Green Mountain and that is exactly what you will find at the end of the steep and winding dirt road that leads there. Arriving in Monteverde about midday; and on time for a very delicious lunch, you will have time to settle in your hotel.
In the afternoon Walkways are the best way to enjoy peacefully and safely
of the virgin cloud forest canopy. Through the bridge system and easy walking trails you can enjoy the marvels of the cloud forest and get the chance to see some of the world's most amazing and beautiful flora and fauna. Night Tour in the Ecological Farm a wildlife refuge allows you to indulge in the beauty of cloud forest at night. Enjoy this two-hour walk that introduces you to the excitement of night sounds, smells and surroundings bringing you closer to this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Day 02:
Monteverde Cloud Forest. 7 a.m. breakfast. During the day visit the Monteverde Cloud Forest for a guided walk along the paths of this unique and world famous reserve. Observe sloth's, golden toads, and an infinite variety of ferns, trees, broad leaf plants, orchids, and other tropical flora in this rare, unequaled Central American region of over 4,000 acres of virgin cloud forest.. A stop at the hummingbird gallery to view the many types of birds.
Lunch at the Hotel, in the afternoon the butterfly farm and a town tour. Overnight at one of our prefer hotels - Fonda Vela Hotel - Belmar Hotel, Heliconia Hotel, Sapo Dorado Included: Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner.
Day 03:
Departure after breakfast; try the "Gallo Pinto", and bound for your next destination. For those returning to San Jose we will journey via Sarchi and the Oxcart Factory. For does going to the Arenal Volcano area a very scenic transfer crossing the Arenal Lake . Included: Breakfast

The Monteverde Cloud Forest region on most mornings will be nice and clear warm side. Late afternoons and evenings will become cooler and at times fogy with light drizzly. Recommended, warm clothes, light windbreaker and good walking shoes, camera, hat and sunglass.
