Barcelo Playa Tambor is a very unique all-inclusive resort located in the
remote Tambor beach area of Costa Rica. This is a beautiful and quite remote area of the country that has a
great ecological environment. The good points of Barcelo Playa Tambor are it's
beautiful location, friendly and attentive service, and all-inclusive
package. There are many excursions available in the daytime
but at night there is very little to do. The swimming pool closes at 7 pm
every night. The variety show in the evening is not enjoyable. There is
food offered in the snack bar, buffet, and restaureant. This is a nice resort - the people employed there work very
hard to keep guests happy and the hotel looking well groomed. Please be
advised of the heat in this area - it is exremely hot and the humidity can
be quite uncomfortable. |
