his is a more challenging open ocean paddle along the rugged coastline from Quepos to the Manuel Antonio National Park . Paddle by islands that are nesting sites for unique coastal birdlife including boobies and frigatebirds, visit the secluded Biesanz Bay and surf kayak at Espadilla beach.

This is a more challenging open ocean paddle along the rugged coastline from Quepos to the Manuel Antonio National Park . Paddle by islands that are nesting sites for unique coastal birdlife including boobies and frigatebirds, visit the secluded Biesanz Bay and surf kayak at Espadilla beach. A 'Tico' style lunch is hosted at the end of the tour, near the entrance to the national park.

Participant Requirements: Good physical condition, suitable for children.
Recommended: River sandals, bathing suit, sun protection, t-shirt and hat.
