Jaguar Paw Jungle Lodge is a totally unique resort hidden beneath rainforest canopy on the Caves Branch River, with one of Belize's largest and most renowned cave systems only steps from its front door.Our accommodations include 16 rooms in four one-story units located to the back of the main building. The rooms are built in standard North American-style construction. Each room was decorated by Donna Young in a different theme to suite your taste, starting from Wild West (complete with a John Wayne poster), to Chinese, English Country Garden, and African. The furnishings are of high quality, the beds firm, and accessories that are seldom found in hotels. Our rooms provide the conveniences of home and are uniquely decorated with such novelties as lace shower curtains, puppets on the ceiling, or furnishings made from the stones and trees of the jungle itself. Jaguar Paw was built to give adventure by day and comfort by night.

Each room has either a queen bed or two single beds with a private hot and cold bath.

Jaguar Paw is full of surprises. It suddenly appears like a mirage among the fan palms and tropical flowers at the bottom of a steep, rocky road. There's a full service lodge at Jaguar Paw which houses a well-stocked bar and dining room offering some of the best authentic Belizean gourmet cuisine. Fresh-picked fruits and vegetables from the wild and Jaguar Paw's own garden lend soulful heartwarming flavors to invigorate your next trek into the jungle.       Cave tubing at Jaguar Paw resort is the top inland destination activity in Belize. Hike miles of jungle trails within our 215-acre jungle reserve or take in other once-in-a-lifetime activities. Guides on staff include professional birders, a zoologist, and expert bushmen to enhance your adventure experience.
Jaguar Paw Jungle Lodge Belize A hundred yard walk from the entrance will take you to the Caves Branch River and the mouth of one of our smaller caves. Don't be afraid of the dark, at night the cave is subtly illuminated providing a romantic setting for a late night dip.
Without getting their feet wet guests, aided by a knowledgeable guide, can stalk the jungle paths for signs of wild animals, to spot some of the more than 500 species of birds, to recognize the medicinal herbs, and to hear about the jungle ghosts from the Belizean Bushmen who believe in them. And, not far in either direction from the resort, are ancient ruins awaiting exploration. Or how about a pristine swimming pool awaiting the moonlight swimmer? If you follow the walkway to the right of the main building, you will find the aviary and gift shop just past the swimming pool. A further walk past the pool a jungle path will lead you to one of the largest and most spectacular caves in Belize. But would you expect a spectacular dining room and bar with 25-foot ceilings and a water wall waiting there for you in the middle of the jungle?
      The main lodge houses a full-service restaurant and bar, featuring the best of Belizean and Western cuisine. Guest services include airport pick-ups, day trips to area popular attractions, satellite TV.
