Day 1: San Jose
Meet and greet at the airport. You will be transfered to your hotel.

Day 2 : San Jose - Arenal Volcano Area
Get ready for some awesome adrenaline rush... Bungee jump over a river gorge, then to Costa Rica 's adventure zone to see the Arenal volcano and relax in the natural hot springs. (L-D)

Day 3: Arenal Volcano Area - Whitewater Rafting
World-class intense whitewater rafting at one of Costa Rica 's wildest rivers. A dream come true for white water rafting lovers or for a first experience. A delightful day more than 20 rapids in a spectacular setting within the tropical rainforest, surrounded by an awesome flora and fauna a real rain forest rafting trip. Three hours rafting into a jungle, thru the vibrant journey, you will enjoy swimming and refreshing yourself in the many peaceful ponds, in addition to the thrill of defying rapids. (L)

Day 4: Arenal Volcano Area - Rappeling
Experience the ultimate waterfall adventure as you rappel down a series of 4 tropical waterfalls and trek along magical trail in a pristine tropical canyon. We trek through the forest on magical trails that lead to some of the most spectacular waterfalls in Costa Rica, a place very few people get to experience. Along the way we will have the chance to discover the secrets that lie hidden deep within the canyon. (L)

Day 5: La Fortuna - Horseback Riding - Canopy - Jungle Bridges
The adventure begins when you arrive to the stables and the guides give you an idea of your tour, then you get part of the equipment and you horseback ride for approximately 40 minutes. When we arrive at our destination, we give you the rest of the equipment necessary then we continue with a short walk through the transitional forest where a guide points out things that prevail in the rain forest. Some times it is possible to see several species of animals, such as white faced and howler monkeys, rodents, snakes, and a great diversity of birds. As well as an enormous variety of orchids, and canopy plant life. The trees we use are adults that tower above, the platforms are at an elevation of 150 feet.
All the platforms are designed for observation of life rather than damage of it. Trees like Cocora (billia hippocastanum). After the hike we arrive at the first platform where the ride begins. You can´t help but be overwhelmed by the beauty as you glide through the forest on the seven cables. Our shortest cable is 195 ft (60 mts) and our longest is 650 ft (200 mts).
The Arenal Hanging Bridges tour takes place on a 600 acre reserve filled with lush vegetation and a variety of birds and animals which your experienced guide will help you spot. The trail itself is 1.9 miles (3.1 km) in length, crossing nine fixed bridges and 6 suspension bridges and is laid out at a maximum grade of 7 degrees so that anyone can walk it.

Day 6 : La Fortuna - Flamingo Beach
Transfer from your hotel to the beach, later watch a spectacular sunset. A Relaxing, Activity-Filled Haven Among Costa Rica Resorts. Discover the blissful setting of Flamingo Beach Resort, comfortably nestled on the protected beach of Playa Flamingo.

Day 7: Flamingo Beach - Buena Vista Adventure Tour
Start the day at Buena Vista Rainforest, taking advantage of the volcanic activity. Here you can have a sulphur bath with hot spring water and a mud facial, a Canopy ride or a walk on the bridge. This paradise was built very deep in the forest among trees, rivers, ravines and thermal springs. It is a unique place in the world, where trees and plants have been preserved to maintain the rustic and natural style of the area. The Canopy tour itself is an adventure tour where you play both tarzan and Superman. You will wear a harness and be clipped onto cables at the top of the rainforest canopy and slide from tree to tree. It may sound very high and scary however people of all ages can participate and it really is not that high as half the time you cannot see the floor because of the canopy below. If this was not enough, after the adventure part you will taken to the hot springs that are volcanically heated and the mud pools. You can if you wish apply the mud to all of your body and then clean it off in the naturally heated hot springs. The pools are very safe and run more like a river from one pool to another. This is a great time for photos of each other and also relaxing in the pools which are said to have miracle healing powers. Once you have done the canopy tour you will change into your swimming suits and grab an inflated tractor inner tube. Then you will jump into the water slide and the guide will release the water from above pushing you 400m down Costa Rica's longest water slide to the pool at the bottom.

Day 8: Flamingo Beach -Kayak Estuary Tour Tamarindo
If you enjoy nature, our kayak tours makes exploring Tamarindo's estuaries easy. This tour will take you meandering through the slow estuary waters shaded by the extensive mangroves. Spotting birds, iguanas and crocodiles basking on the sun-drenched riverbanks are just a few of the highlights! Tamarindo Wildlife Refuge protects a large estuary, mangrove forest and tropical dry forest in an area covering almost 440 hectares. In the mangrove swamp there are six known species of mangroves. The animal life in this wetland is quite diverse and abundant. This mangrove is included on the Ramsar list of wetlands of international importance. Kayaking will takes you to the narrow canals observing on both sides at time. Will be able to observe closer rare and abundant wildlife – including dozens of bird species and two species of monkeys - while learning about the unique ecosystem of the mangrove forest.

Day 9: Flamingo- Liberia
Transfer to the international airport to flight home. (B)
