Sapibenega Eco-Lodge
Ukupseni Island - Kuna Yala/San Blas Territory
Sapibenega is the first ecological Kuna lodge in Panama, located on a private island close to the community of Playón Chico (Ukupseni), in a secluded, tranquil spot. In the kuna language, Sapibenega, means: Life. It is the essence, the beginning and the end of life. It is the place where all of Earth's life forms come from, created with intelligence and wisdom. |
| Amenities at the lodge consist of a social area |
thirteen Kuna Style cabins all with private bathrooms, wooden floor, composting toilets, fresh water and 24 hours powered electricity.
Sapibenega's lodge has the best equipped and most comfortable restaurant bar in Kuna Yala. Enjoy a romantic dinner, in front of the sea lit by candles, under a sky full of stars. Sapibenega is truly a special place for honeymoons, anniversaries, valentine's day, and much more! |
