Day 1. :

Meet with our guide at 8:30 am and transfer to Cerro Azul Meambar. The region around Yojoa Lake is rich in different habitat types, it is home or temporal host of a huge amount of migratory birds. The national park Cerro Azul Meambar works as a retreating area for a lot of species because of increased human activities around the Lake. Day 2. :

Today we explore the magnificent tropical forest types of the Cerro Azul Meambar National Park. The national park is one of the main protected areas around Lake Yojoa, which is fed by the small rivers of the surrounding mountains. We will hike to the interchange zone between the tropical rainforest and the tropical cloud forest enjoying impressive views of the lake. Overnight Cerro Azul Meambar Visitors Center.

Day 3. :
Today we take our last morning nature hike. After this hike we transfer to Lago Yojoa where we have the chance to try the famous Bass of the lake. After lunch we continue on to San Pedro Sula. We return to San Pedro Sula late afternoon.
