Bird watcher's paradise!! Early morning scenic drive to Lake Yojoa,
an area containing one of the richest avifaunas in Central America, with more than 350 species of birds. Lake Yojoa, a natural lake surrounded by mountains, including Cerro Santa Barbara, the
second highest peak in Honduras, where a cloud forest also occurs. We visit Los Naranjos Ecology Park before having lunch in a
typical restaurant to savour the tasty bass. After our meal we
visit the spectacular Pulhapanzak Waterfall. Late afternoon
return to San Pedro Sula. |
