Tour Description:

Departs from Guatemala City via the Pacific Highway to the Pacaya National Park, located 25miles away from the City, and located in front of this capital.This is one of the most active volcanoes in the country from a total of 33 all along the LA MADRE RANGE, its permanent activity is well seen from all places around there(specially during night).Due to the constant activity the main crater has been changing and the mutations has caused the creation of several peaks around it, where the most important is the Makenney Peak. The nice walking up to the volcano is relaxing with easily walking trails. At the proper time return to Guatemala City.
