| Angra dos Reis is one of the most beautiful places in Brazil composed by 365 islands and 2000 beaches. Angra dos Reis is also known by cultural attractions such as historical monuments, churches and buildings remain from Angra's heyday. As the center of town is small, the hotels are around the commercial centre, out of town. The main attraction is "Ilha Grande", the largest island which once was a pirate colony, nowadays one of the most famous tourist points. The island, surrounded by 106 beaches, and bearing mountains and incredible waterfalls, is a perfect place for trekking and camping.
