This marvelous tour permits us, leaving from Salta , to visit part
of the mountain range until we arrive at the chilean border. The
railroad line is one of the most important works of railroad engineering
in the world, that must make many turns, with sharp curves and "curls"
passing through tunnels. Ascending about 1200 meters at sea level at
more than 4100 meters. On our climb we will visit indigent peoples
until we end our journey in San Antonio de los Cobres and the
Viaduct of La Polvorilla. During the journey we will have the pertinent
explanations and we can lunch in the dining car (duration: 14 hours).
