The Falls from Brazilian Side

The semicircular waterfall at the heart of this site is some 80 m high and 2,700 m in diameter and is situated on a basaltic line spanning the border between Argentina and Brazil. Made up of many cascades producing vast sprays of water, it is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. The surrounding subtropical rainforest has over 2,000 species of vascular plants and is home to the typical wildlife of the region: tapirs, giant anteaters, howler monkeys, ocelots, jaguars and caymans.

We will cross to Brazil through Tancredo Neves bridge. Afterwards
we will travel to the waterfalls (brazilian side), from were we will
have a magnificent view of the argentine waterfalls. On returning we
will arrive at Foz of Iguazú, where we will have lunch. After a brief
visit of the city, we will arrive to the international bridge located on the
Paraná river wich connects Brazil with Paraguay . Then we will visit Ciudad
del Este. There we will have free time to stroll and make purchases.
We will return to Argentina passing through Brazil .
