Estancia La Bamba
-
La Bamba, located at 123 km. From Buenos Aires, has been one of the first Argentine estates to open its gates to tourism.
Its origin dates from 1830, when the main building, of colonial style, was only an old posthouse at the Camino Real (Royal Road), road that joined Buenos Aires with the North of the country.
It was declared a place of historical importance by the Municipality of San Antonio de Areco, a town absorbed in the gaucho tradition, source of "Don Segundo Sombra".
Many were the celebrities who stayed in The Estate, and among them, in many opportunities, the unforgettable Carlos Gardel visited and stayed in it
