Iguazu Hotels

• Iguazu Falls includes the cities of Puerto Iguazu in Argentina, Foz do Iguazu in Brazil and the Iguazu Falls National Park shared by both countries (see Iguazu Falls map). The beauty of its natural environment makes this area one of the top destinations in Latin America . The Iguazu Falls National Park hosts the Falls and covers the north of the province of Misiones, Argentina and the southwest of the state of Paraná, Brazil.
• Puerto Iguazu is the gateway to the Argentine Falls. The small city has a population of 30,000 and a quiet atmosphere although it receives about 350,000 tourists every year. The city itself is not a tourist attraction, except for Hito Tres Fronteras (Three Borders Milestone) which offers a panoramic view of the three countries: Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay.
• Puerto Iguazu Hotels are situated in the downtown area or near the Hito (see Iguazu Falls map). There are also hotels outside town, on the highway to the Falls. Both locations require transportation to the Park´s gate
